ChatGPT Pro, which provides unlimited access to top models and voice mode, was expected to be a profitable venture. However, according to Sam Altman, the Pro subscribers are using the chatbot much more intensively than anticipated, resulting in OpenAI losing money on this subscription since its launch less than a month ago.
