Sony kicks off 2025 with 3 free games for subscribers

As usual, Sony will provide PS Plus subscribers with three games for PS4 and/or PS5 to expand their collection and discover titles they may have overlooked in recent years. To start the year off right, PlayStation is revealing the three games that will be available in January 2025, featuring superheroes, high-speed chases, and an acclaimed exploration game.

1 - Suicide Squad

Available since February 2024, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be offered to PS5 players and PS Plus subscribers starting January 7. This game allows players to take on the Justice League solo or with friends in a third-person shooter, action, and adventure format developed by Rocksteady Studios, known for the Batman Arkham series. The game features an original storyline set in a constantly evolving Metropolis, where four DC supervillains face off against alien invaders and determined superheroes.

2 - Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit

The second game is a remaster of Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, where players can either evade the police or apprehend lawbreakers, complete with enhanced graphics and a cross-platform multiplayer mode.

3 - The Stanley Parable

Finally, The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe offers a chance to delve into the bizarre story of Stanley, an office worker whose colleagues have mysteriously vanished, now with new content, choices, and accessibility features. The PS Plus games for January 2025 will be available from January 7 until February 3, 2025.
