The former logo featuring the blue bird of the social network Twitter, now rebranded as X, is once again available for purchase at auction, according to Engadget.
As reported by the American media, an auction for one of the two large signs from the company's headquarters in San Francisco is nearing its end. Currently, bids have reached $21,664, after 11 offers. The auction concludes on March 31, and its price could significantly increase. The auction site RR Auction estimates the item to be worth "over $40,000."
However, potential buyers should note that shipping costs will be their responsibility. This is no small task as the sign measures 3.7 meters tall and weighs 254 kilos. A presentation video from RR Auction shows a crane and a team of several workers removing the sign from the building.
